Vestry Roles at St Francis
Senior Warden, Milissa LaLaLonde
The Senior Warden meets weekly with the Rector and Junior Warden. Working closely with them, they facilitate the church’s overall leadership so the Vestry can identify the ongoing mission, vision, and goals of the congregation; make and implement plans; assess programs; and celebrate achievements. The Senior Warden serves as a role model to the church and extended community by demonstrating a consistently positive attitude that seeks to resolve problems, recognizes accomplishments, and gives thanks for those that build community and further the mission and vision of the church. The Senior Warden is elected annually for up to three consecutive terms and is accountable to the Rector and Vestry and is reviewed along with others in the mutual ministry review process.
